If you’re not ‘in the know,’ bad advice is often hard to distinguish from good advice.
I have a special guest this week who listened to bad advice.
On the advice of his accountant, he bought as many negatively geared properties as he could afford.
…(who, incidentally had never bought a single property of his own… Red Flag, Red Flag!)
Not only did this decimate his quality of life and his confidence, but he’d basically bought into a ticking time bomb.
It was a dangerous place to be!
His mindset was down in the dumps and he knew he had to work on that before he could get back in the game and turn that mess around.
Now, he’s not only very successful in his own right but he’s also transitioned from student to teacher. He’s now actually helping other students of iLoveRealEstate toward success.
I’m so proud of him.
But to get to that point – you have to work on your thinking…
To move from fighting for every success, to just having success come to you…
This is where Brad is at now…
This is Brad’s story…
This is what Brad and I are going to share with you in today’s podcast.
Making these changes are perhaps the single most important thing you can do.
