Here I have an open and candid discussion with Bob Andersen.
Bob has been a developer for 25 years and has been involved in excess of $1 BILLION of development and real estate projects.
Some know his as The Billion Dollar Developer, but he would much rather be known as The Lazy Developer.
Today, Bob can, at any one time have 7-10 projects on the go and he doesn’t get flustered, stressed or even break a sweat.
He has figured out how to leverage the development game by getting others to do the work.
So, the Lazy Developer tag is appropriate.
