What do you do if you have begun the real estate journey and don’t seem to be getting ahead?
Here I run through some likely scenarios on how I would advise a client who is looking to move ahead but confused on what the next steps are.
My advice to investors is that sometimes they might need to take 2 or 3 steps back to be able to take 5 or 10 steps forward. The old adage of “buy real estate and never sell” isn’t always correct.
Your portfolio balance could be killing you if it’s not aligned with what it is that you truly want to achieve. Often your goals and vision changes as you get more educated and see how others have been able to change a few things in there investing to fast track their results.
