One of my proudest moments was when my oldest child bought his first investment property.
Usually you’d never see any of my kids listening to their mum, let alone taking her advice, I’m too uncool.
But when they were little, I used to take them to property inspections, renos and even got them helping me work out the numbers on properties.
So somewhere along the way I reckon I subconsciously installed investment thinking in them.
