Recently I had the great pleasure of meeting an unusual and unknown economist by the name of, Phil Anderson.
Phil has made a significant discovery on the cycles of boom and bust as they relate to real estate.
In fact, he’s written a book about it called, The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking.
I interviewed Phil at the London Sofitel to share his insights and opinions about his research and major discovery.
